1. Introduction
MODE Studio ("we", "us") develops Double Up. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our game.
2. Data we collect
Double Up collects minimal data, processed locally on your device:
- Local game progress: scores, coins, achievements, settings — stored in your device's localStorage. Never sent anywhere.
- Advertising ID (via Google AdMob): a non-personally-identifiable ID used to show relevant ads. You can reset or opt out via your device settings.
- Crash reports & diagnostics: automatically collected by Google Play Services to improve stability. No personal data attached.
We do NOT collect: name, email, phone, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or any personally identifiable information.
3. Third-party services
Double Up uses these third-party services:
- Google AdMob — for displaying banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. AdMob Privacy Policy
- Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases (Remove Ads, coin packs). Google handles all payment data; we never see your card details.
4. Data security
- All third-party API requests use HTTPS encryption in transit.
- Payment data is handled exclusively by Google Play Billing.
- Local data is stored in your device's secure app sandbox.
5. Your rights
- Delete your data: open Settings → Reset all data — this wipes all local storage immediately.
- Disable ads: purchase "Remove Ads" in the shop ($2.99) — removes banner and interstitial forever.
- Reset Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID.
- Contact us: if you have any privacy concerns, email us directly.
6. Children's privacy
Double Up is rated for Everyone (ESRB) / 3+ (PEGI). We do not knowingly collect data from children. The game is targeted at ages 13+ in our store listing, but is family-friendly content.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. We will notify users of material changes through in-app announcements.
